Potter paraphernalia dominates the shelves and on-line fan fiction sites are surging as the public strives to sate their hunger for more of Harry. At movie premieres and book launch parties around the world, people donned capes and horn-rimmed glasses, even painting lightning-shaped scars on their foreheads in efforts to become a part of the Potter legacy. WHEN HARRY MET SOLI tells the tale of a different sort of mimicry. Harry Wilson is only seven, but he believes with all his heart that he is the real boy wizard. After all, his late mommy told him so, and he even bears the same remarkable scar above his right brow. But when Harry is injured while trying to “fly” off the rooftop, his father realizes something is terribly wrong. Can he rescue young Harry from a terrifying fantasy world of magic, muggles and monsters? Find out by downloading WHEN HARRY MET SOLI - only $3.00 at Fictionwise! You won’t be disappointed.

It’s been a busy summer for that popular wizard about town, the youthful and engaging Master Harry Potter. What with the new (and final) installment of his seven-part life story, the latest blockbuster film, and the public appearances of the iconic, “tween” eye-candy pop star Daniel Radcliffe, fans have been treated to a non-stop Potter-Fest of dizzying proportions. Radcliffe, the human embodiment of the fictional boy wizard, just celebrated his 18th birthday. No orgiastic wild parties for Dan, however, who instead splurged a reported $17,000.00 on a new bed. |

The Reviews Say it All!
"Wonderful cast of characters..." - Suspense Romance Writer Review
"I fairly heard the waves crashing against the rocks at the lighthouse."
"a wonderful read...ghosts...mystery... kept me hooked to the very last page.”
“A quiet coastal town with a stormy past tows the reader in from the very first page. Unresolved mysteries and a passionate romance keep the pages turning.” -Molly Evans, Author of The Surgeon’s Proposal (Harlequin) |

Did You Know? Beginning at the base of the Canadian Rockies, the Columbia River travels 1200 miles before it meets the Pacific Ocean, at which point the force of the river creates one of the most treacherous bars in the world. A cape on the north side marks the entrance to the river. On July 6, 1788, fur trader John Meares sought shelter from a turbulent sea but did not find it there, and dubbed the area ”Cape Disappointment.” The 53 foot lighthouse was erected in 1856 and first lit on October 15th of that year. In 1898, its first order Fresnel lens was replaced by the fourth order lens that is still in operation today. Although located in Washington, this lighthouse serves mariners on Oregon waters. The setting for Cape Disappointment is very similar to that which inspired POINT SURRENDER! |
